"They say Hindsight is 20/20. Well in our case, this definitely holds true. In April of 2007 we decided to purchase a hot tub for our new deck. My husband researches this on line and decides we need a 6 person spa and we are purchasing it through overstock-spas.com. We are elated. For this price, we never thought we could get the spa of our dreams. Unfortunately, this dream soon turned to a nightmare. The spa arrived and was beautiful. We turned the spa on, waited for it to heat and we were ready to take the plunge. We turned on the jets and a geyser rivaling Ol' Faithful erupted from the control knob. We called overstockspas.com and low and behold, they had shut their doors and declared bankruptcy and since the spa was not purchased from the manufacturer, the manufacturer would not provide service. I called several local spa dealerships and no one wanted to help us even though we were willing to pay their fee! My husband suggested I try Martinsburg, WV. The day was saved! We found Jason and Sunfire! Jason not only came out the same day to help us, but has been there to answer all of our questions, help us with chemicals and has become a trusted friend! We can not say enough good things about Sunfire! Believe me, the next spa will be a Beachcomber and will be purchased from Jason and Sunfire! Lesson Learned."
